Role Overview
We are seeking a
Business Development / Sales Executive
with a strong sales mindset to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close new business. This role is focused on
revenue generation, client acquisition, and account growth
, not execution or marketing delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
Generate leads through networking, referrals, meetings, and outbound efforts
Present Hala Media's services and value proposition to potential clients
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and handover
Requirements
Proven experience in
sales or business development
(agency or services-based preferred)
Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Confident working with decision-makers and business owners
Target-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized
Valid UAE driving license
