As a Business Development Executive specializing in Point of Sale (POS) sales, your primary role is to promote our portfolio of products and services with the goal of expanding our client base. Establishing trusted relationships with small and medium-sized businesses is crucial for daily sales activities, focusing on the introduction of new paid products and services. You will take responsibility for monitoring and enhancing the performance of the EFT/POS sales channel, actively contributing to the launch of new payment products and introducing best practices to client companies. Suggesting solutions to optimize existing service processes and collaborating with various departments for increased sales are integral aspects of your role. Frequent visits to stores in specific geographic areas and business segments are expected to develop and manage customer portfolios. A strong focus on developing an in-depth knowledge of the card payment market is essential.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in selling POS terminals.
  • Proven field sales experience, ideally in financial, banking, or insurance products targeting small and medium-sized businesses, retail, travel, and entertainment sectors.
  • Strong commercial skills with a track record of exceeding sales objectives and creating/building new businesses and channels.
