We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Labour Supply company in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing contracts, and ensuring smooth documentation and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the labour supply sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Negotiate and close agreements/contracts in line with company policies.
Prepare, review, and process required documentation for tenders and agreements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth strategies.
Collaborate with management to develop sales targets and strategies.
Provide timely reports on sales pipeline, prospects, and achieved targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in Business Development within Labour Supply companies in Abu Dhabi.
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, tendering processes, and documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
