Job Title: Business Development Executive (Manpower Supply)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our manpower supply business by identifying new clients, securing contracts, and maintaining long-term partnerships. The role focuses on providing skilled and unskilled manpower to various industries in Qatar, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and approach potential clients across industries (Hospitality, soft skills, manpower, valet parking, cleaning, carwash etc.).
Maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and market research.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement managers.
Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase manpower solutions and service offerings.
Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare quotations, proposals, and manpower supply agreements based on client requirements.
Negotiate rates, terms, and contract conditions to close deals.
Market & Competitor Research
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to develop competitive strategies.
Recommend new services or manpower categories to meet market demand.
Coordination with Operations & HR
Work closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure timely deployment of manpower.
Follow up on client satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
Reporting & Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client interaction logs.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development in manpower supply, recruitment, or staffing industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and visa processing is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Number of new client contracts secured per month.
Monthly manpower deployment count.
Client retention and satisfaction rate.
Revenue generated from new and existing accounts.
