Job Description

Sales Executive Responsibilities of a Manpower Supply :



Business Development & Lead Generation:



Identify and target potential clients (Construction companies, factories, Oil & Gas Companies). Conduct market research to understand staffing demands in various sectors. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct client meetings to understand workforce requirements. Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal operations teams.

Sales & Negotiation



Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations. Develop proposals and quotations tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service.

Coordination with Operations/Recruitment Team



Communicate client requirements clearly to the recruitment and operations team. Ensure timely supply of manpower as per the agreed specifications. Resolve any issues related to manpower quality, attendance, or performance.
Monitor daily manpower at project sites and ensure workers are active and not idle during working hours.

Plan and deploy manpower to various locations based on project requirements.

Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of projects.

Reassign labor as needed to avoid downtime and improve efficiency.

Attend client meetings to understand project expectations and align operations accordingly.

Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed at all sites.

Collect and submit invoices and timesheets on time without delays.

Conduct regular site visits to evaluate work progress and workforce performance.

Prepare and submit progress reports and site updates directly to the Managing Director.

Skills Required



Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of local labor laws and staffing procedures. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools. Monthly target should be be achieve. Own vehicle should be mandatory. Monthly salary 3000-3500AED Joining Immediately.
