Job Description

Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Proactively identifying potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and social selling (LinkedIn) to build a robust sales pipeline.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and existing clients to drive referrals and upselling.

IT Solution Selling:

Understanding client needs, presenting technical solutions, conducting demos, and articulating the value proposition of IT products or services.

Proposal & Contract Negotiation:

Creating detailed business proposals, tenders, and contracts, and negotiating terms to close sales.

Market Research & Analysis:

Keeping up-to-date with IT trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration:

Working with technical teams, marketing, and management to align products with market demand and ensure successful client onboarding.

Sales Target Achievement:

Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and KPIs.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of Sales experience in IT Industry is required Should be confident and have strong communication and negotiation skills Should be available in Dubai for face to face interview
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
