Business Development Executive (IT/DevOps Services/Cloud/AI/Digital Transformation)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our expansion across DevOps Solutions, AI Platforms, and Event Management Technology verticals.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with existing prospects

? Execute channel sales strategies and build partner networks

? Support senior team members in client presentations and demonstrations

? Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities

? Assist in event planning, moderation, or execution activities

? Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate sales data

Essential Requirements

Experience:

2-4 years in B2B technology sales

?

Social Network:

Minimum 3,000+ connections on LinkedIn or equivalent professional platform

?

Track Record:

Must have achieved targets in previous role for at least 7 months in last one year

?

Event Experience:

Background in event moderation, creation, or execution

?

Channel Sales:

Demonstrated expertise in channel partner sales

?

GCC Experience:

Previous experience working with GCC region clients preferred

?

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of DevOps, AI, or Event Management technologies

Performance Expectations & KPIs

? Monthly lead generation targets

? Quarterly revenue contribution goals

? Pipeline conversion rates (minimum 20%)

? Client retention and satisfaction scores

? Event participation and networking metrics

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

AED 4,000 - 6,000 per month
