, and other enterprise technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of IT sales in the Qatari market and demonstrate the ability to develop strategic partnerships and close deals in both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities specifically in
SAP ERP solutions
,
CCTV systems
, and other IT services.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions involving SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA,
SAP Business One
) or
CCTV
infrastructure and surveillance systems.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships across sectors, including government, construction, oil & gas, logistics, and manufacturing.
Collaborate with the technical team to prepare solution architecture and technical proposals.
Promote Bin Arbaid Holding's IT offerings, including SAP enterprise solutions, CCTV security systems, and related IT services.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, RFP responses, and commercial proposals.
Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct regular market analysis to keep up with industry trends and competitor activities in SAP and CCTV segments.
Work with vendors and OEMs to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and partnerships.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company offerings.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in IT business development, with proven expertise in
SAP
and
CCTV solutions
preferably in Qatar or the Gulf region.
Experience in designing and selling CCTV/security surveillance systems (e.g., IP cameras, NVRs, access control).
Strong existing network in Qatar across industries is highly desirable.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Fluent in English
Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
