We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in the IT and Advertisement sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth through strategic marketing and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads for IT solutions and advertising services.
Meet with potential clients to present proposals and close deals.
Execute both indoor (calls, emails, virtual meetings) and outdoor marketing activities.
Handle digital marketing tasks including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and online promotions.
Represent the company at meetings, expos, and networking events.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
