Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for our home healthcare services. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and corporate clients. Drive patient referrals through effective networking and partnerships. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Meet and exceed business development targets and KPIs. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare or medical services. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
