home and building maintenance services
(including AC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc). This role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and consistently achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building maintenance sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and industry events.
Conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate service contracts.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure service quality.
Provide timely sales reports and client feedback.
Qualifications
2-5 years of proven sales or business development experience.
Mandatory knowledge of building maintenance services
(AC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc.).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with residential, commercial, and industrial services is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
