Job Summary:?

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow ?our garage and auto service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying ?new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, expanding partnerships, ?and increasing the overall profitability of the business.?

Key Responsibilities:?

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify, approach, and secure new clients for car services, accessories, fleet maintenance, ?and detailing packages.?

Partnership Development:
Build strong partnerships with car dealers, rental companies, insurance agencies, and ?corporate clients for long-term business.?

Sales Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to increase service bookings, product sales, and customer ?retention.?

Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and ?repeat business.?

Market Research:
Study competitor offerings, pricing, and trends to develop competitive sales strategies.?

Brand Promotion:
Support marketing campaigns, events, and digital promotions to enhance brand visibility ?and attract new customers.?

Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking performance against targets and KPIs.?

Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with service advisors, marketing staff, and management to ensure smooth.
