Role Summary
MySyara is looking for a highly motivated
Business Development Executive - Fleet Maintenance Services
to drive the acquisition of new B2B clients across the UAE. This role focuses on selling
automotive maintenance services
to companies operating vehicle fleets, such as logistics providers, car rental firms, delivery companies, and corporates.
The ideal candidate is a
self-driven field sales professional
with experience in identifying leads, conducting face-to-face outreach, pitching services, and closing service contracts. This is a results-focused role that requires excellent communication, persistence, and the ability to manage a full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and target businesses operating commercial or corporate vehicle fleets (e.g., transport, logistics, rental, delivery).
Conduct daily field visits, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and in-person networking to generate new leads.
Maintain a 90-day active pipeline with a minimum of 40 qualified prospects at all times.
Solution Selling & Consultative Approach
Understand client challenges related to vehicle servicing, downtime, vendor coordination, and cost management.
Present MySyara's services--including preventive maintenance, mechanical repairs, tyres, bodywork, and detailing--as comprehensive solutions.
Customize proposals based on fleet size, usage, operational needs, and desired service levels.
Closing & Contracting
Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed agreement and onboarding.
Structure and negotiate pricing bundles and service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure timely documentation and coordination with internal departments for successful client onboarding.
Client Success & Upselling
Ensure a smooth handover to operations and support the launch of new client accounts.
Conduct periodic account reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Maintain ?90% annual renewal rate on fleet service agreements.
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, pipeline stages, and deal status in the CRM (HubSpot or equivalent).
Submit weekly reports detailing lead activity, sales forecasts, and deal progress.
Required Qualifications & Experience
2-4 years of
B2B field sales experience
, ideally in automotive services, fleet solutions, leasing, or logistics.
Proven ability to generate leads, present solutions, and close deals independently.
Familiarity with the UAE fleet landscape is a strong advantage.
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Automotive, Logistics, or related fields).
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across all Emirates.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic financial proposal tools.

Minimum 40 new qualified leads per month
500+ vehicles enrolled in monthly service contracts
AED 300,000+ in monthly recurring revenue

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
AED 4,000 - 6,000/month (based on experience)
