Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive | BRITFIX Auto Repair LLC (Dubai)

We're a proudly family-run business, and we're looking for a Business Development Executive to help us grow our customer base and welcome new clients into the BRITCAR and BRITFIX family.

About the Role

As Business Development Executive, your mission is to bring in new customers and companies to our service centre. You'll focus on building long-term relationships with external clients, fleets, and local businesses, offering them a better, more personal alternative to dealership servicing.

Whether it's a one-off job or a full fleet contract, we want every client to feel looked after, and you'll be at the heart of that experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Attract and onboard new clients for servicing, repairs, fleet maintenance, and warranty work

- Develop trusted relationships with businesses, leasing firms, and individuals

- Promote the full range of BRITFIX services through meetings, calls, and outreach

- Work closely with our service team to ensure a smooth handover and top-quality support

- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years sales experience

in a garage, automotive service workshop, service centre business development, or B2B account management

- Friendly, confident, and professional approach to customer engagement

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

UAE driving licence is essential

English fluency is required

(Arabic is a plus)

Good To Have

strong connections with car rental companies, car dealerships, and individual car owners, particularly those dealing with German and European vehicles.

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:30 to 18:30
