About the Role:

Al Nukhba Center is seeking a

highly experienced Marketing and Business Development Executive - Tawjeeh & Tasheel Services (Mallu Guy)

with a strong background in

Tasheel & Tawjeeh operations

. The ideal candidate must be

fluent in both Malayalam, Hindi, English and Arabic is a plus

, possess

over 2 years of experience

in atleast as PRO in Abu Dhabi region, and be fully capable of

bring new clients, maintain existing relationships, and actively contribute to the center's business growth

.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with PROs, corporate clients, and government liaisons. Actively bring in new companies and business partnerships to the center. Follow up regularly with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. Promote the center's credibility, services, and values to attract more business. Understand and stay updated with relevant government service regulations (Tawjeeh, Tasheel, etc.). Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to grow business and brand visibility. Address customer concerns proactively and resolve issues with professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

Languages: Fluency in Malayalam, and English; Hindi & Arabic is an advantage Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO in Abu Dhabi region Experience in Tawjeeh/Tasheel services in Abu Dhabi is preferred Need Valid UAE driving license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven track record in business development, client management, or marketing Ability to identify market trends, potential clients, and new growth opportunities Customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity
