Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and joinery sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Lead contract negotiations and secure project awards.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure alignment with client needs and timelines.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Skills in Client relationship, Vendor management, Business Development.
Strategic plans for the business development and strive vision .
Coordination and critical thinking.
Maintain proper data and manage the team as well as coordinate with all internal and external dealers proactively.
Requirements:
2 to 3 years of proven UAE experience
in Interior Fit-Out
Strong network of contacts within the
construction, interior design, and real estate sectors
in the UAE.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
UAE Driving License preferred
