Business Development Executive - Fit-out / Interior Design

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our client base in the fit-out and interior design industry. The role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent networking skills, and the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers to generate new business.
Achieve sales targets by promoting the company's interior design and fit-out services to potential clients.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential business leads.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation, negotiation, contract closing, to project handover.
Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote brand visibility.
Maintain an updated CRM database with client interactions, leads, and opportunities.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the
fit-out / interior design / construction industry
in the UAE/GCC.
Strong client network and market knowledge in commercial, retail, and residential projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with strong business acumen and target-driven mindset.
UAE driving license is mandatory.
