Role Summary
As Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for
driving revenue growth
,
developing key partnerships
, and
positioning Refine Home as a leader
in premium interiors and furniture solutions. You will work closely with clients, architects, designers, and real estate developers to identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Identify, pursue, and convert new B2B and B2C opportunities across the luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Build relationships with developers, architects, real estate agents, consultants, and property owners.
- Represent Refine Home in client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Sales Strategy & Client Engagement
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
Present design concepts and product solutions tailored to client needs.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts with support from design and estimating teams.
- Brand & Market Positioning
Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility in the UAE design ecosystem.
Support the planning and execution of design exhibitions and showroom events.
- Project Coordination & Handover
Liaise with internal departments (design, production, procurement) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain post-sale relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Reporting & KPI Tracking
Maintain records, pipelines, and forecast reports.
Provide regular sales performance updates to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in
Interior Design, Business Administration
, or related fields.
- 2+ years
of experience in business development or sales, preferably in
furniture, interior fit-out, or design sectors
in the UAE.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong knowledge of the UAE interior design and furniture market, especially in UAE.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Growing network within the
design, real estate, and construction
communities.
- Valid UAE Driving License -
