Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Seller Acquisition:



Proactively prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including industry events, online research, referrals, and partnerships. Develop and execute strategic plans to prioritize and convert the high potential leads into sellers in the assigned categories. Reach out decision makers through email, phone all or through LinkedIn and other social media channels to organize for in person meeting or call. Present the value proposition of selling on eBay.com to potential sellers, effectively communicating the benefits and opportunities. Register high potential leads into ebay sellers and train them on listing, store creation and bestselling practices. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sellers.

Business Growth:



Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and engagement for newly onboarded and existing sellers. Provide guidance and support to sellers on optimizing their listings, pricing strategies, merchandising, marketing and overall performance on the ebay. Identify opportunities for sellers to expand their product offerings and reach new customer segments worldwide in the countries in which ebay is having direct presence. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., category, marketing, product, seller support) to develop and deliver programs and resources that support seller success. Monitor seller performance metrics and identify trends, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and eBay platform updates to identify new opportunities for seller growth. Enable sellers for listing on the platform which includes leveraging 3rd party partners to provide listing services to the sellers Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned sellers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Act as an advocate for sellers within the eBay organization.

Reporting and Analysis:



Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to seller acquisition and growth. Provide regular updates on progress against targets and identify any potential roadblocks. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize strategies.

Qualifications:



Auto parts Experience in UAE is mandatory

Bachelor's degree is must & MBA in Marketing is preferred. Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role within the

Auto parts /e-commerce industr

y in UAE. Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and driving growth. Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, online marketplaces, and seller dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with individuals and businesses. Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience selling or managing a business on eBay or other online marketplaces is a plus.

Other Requirements:



UAE Driving License required Own car is preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
