Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our office spaces and business centre offerings to potential clients. The BDE will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and corporate clients, to understand their workspace needs. Conduct site visits, showcasing our office spaces and business centre facilities to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Provide feedback to management on service offerings and client preferences. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
