Are you a proactive sales professional with a background in the financial services sector? Our Dubai-based auditing firm is looking for a

Business Development Executive

to drive growth and expand our portfolio. This is a critical role for someone who understands the auditing landscape and excels at turning leads into long-term partnerships.

What You Will Do

Drive Revenue:

Actively identify and acquire new clients for our Audit, Accounting, and Advisory divisions.

Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong connections with SMEs and corporate entities across the UAE.

Service Presentation:

Professionalize our outreach by presenting complex financial services in a clear, value-driven manner.

Market Intelligence:

Stay ahead of the curve by tracking competitor moves and identifying emerging market trends.

Collaboration:

Work closely with our technical audit teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have:

1-2 years of experience specifically within a

UAE Auditing or Accounting firm.

Knowledge:

A solid understanding of VAT, Audit requirements, and Corporate Tax basics.

The "Hunter" Mentality:

You are target-driven, resilient, and possess excellent negotiation skills.

Communication:

Fluency in English is essential; you must be confident presenting to business owners and CFOs.
