We are hiring a Business Development Manager for our Dubai-based auditing firm. This role focuses on acquiring new clients, strengthening business relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth. Candidates must have prior exposure to an auditing firm environment to be considered.
Key Duties
Generate new business leads for audit, accounting, and advisory services
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with SME and corporate clients
Present and promote firm services to prospective clients and drive conversions
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met
Conduct basic market research and track competitor activity to support growth strategies
Candidate Requirements
1-2 years of business development or client-facing experience within an auditing firm
Working knowledge of audit, accounting, and advisory services
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Target-driven, proactive, and commercially focused
