Business Development Executive - Auditing & Financial Services
Role Summary
This is a hardcore client-acquisition role. You will be responsible for bringing in new business for auditing and financial services. No account management. No hand-holding. Your value is measured by deals closed and revenue generated.

What You'll Do
Prospect, approach, and onboard new corporate clients
Sell auditing and financial services to decision-makers (Owners, CFOs, Finance Heads)
Conduct meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Close deals and consistently hit monthly revenue targets
Build and manage a strong, active sales pipeline with disciplined follow-ups
Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)
Minimum
6 months of Middle East sales experience
Prior experience in
auditing firms or banking/financial services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to close deals and work under targets
Compensation
Salary:
AED 3,000 - 4,000
Uncapped performance-based commission
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
