Job Title: Business Development Executive (Auditing & Advisory)

AED 4,000 - AED 5,000 (Base) + Performance-based Commissions

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven

Business Development Manager

to join our auditing firm. Your primary goal is to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with SMEs and corporate clients, and drive revenue growth for our Audit, Accounting, and Tax (VAT/Corporate Tax) services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Actively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Client Meetings:

Arrange and attend meetings with business owners and finance managers to present our firm's auditing and consultancy services.

Sales Pipeline:

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal and signing the engagement letter.

Market Research:

Stay updated on UAE regulatory changes (Corporate Tax, ESR, AML) to provide relevant solutions to prospective clients.

Networking:

Represent the firm at business councils, exhibitions, and networking events in Dubai.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Audit Partners to prepare professional proposals and fee quotes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance/Accounting.

Experience:

1-3 years of Sales/BD experience in the

UAE

, preferably within an auditing, accounting, or corporate services firm.

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of Audit, VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax is highly preferred.

Communication:

Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in

Hindi/Urdu

or other regional languages is a major advantage.

Personal Attributes:

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Valid UAE Driving License and own car.

Existing network/database of SME clients in Dubai.
