Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a strong background in business development and estimation within the infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the UAE construction industry, focusing on infrastructure projects such as bridges, tunnels, pumping stations, and large water tanks. Technical Skills: Proficient in estimation, tendering, and pricing strategies. Experienced in securing large-scale projects, particularly within the government and infrastructure sectors. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Established network within the UAE construction sector, including relationships with developers, consultants, and government entities.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue infrastructure project opportunities in the UAE market. Build and maintain strong relationships with major developers, consultants, and government bodies. Collaborate with the estimation team to prepare competitive and technically sound proposals. Participate in pre-qualification, tendering, and negotiation processes. Represent the company in client meetings and technical presentations.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
