Business Development Executive

to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

This is a performance-based role ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for real estate, sales, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will focus on acquiring new properties and building strong partnerships with landlords, real estate agents, and property developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential property owners to onboard high-quality short-term rental units Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders across the real estate industry Negotiate and secure exclusive rental agreements in line with company standards Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to represent Everguests Actively promote our services and brand across various platforms to expand market reach Utilize both company-generated and self-sourced leads to achieve monthly acquisition targets

Requirements:

Proven sales experience, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or property management Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a strong advantage Familiarity with the Dubai real estate and short-term rental market is highly desirable Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
