As we expand our global team, we're looking for a driven and resourceful Business Developer to help us grow our affiliate network in the crypto space. In this role, you'll partner with us to identify, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliates, helping drive user acquisition and long-term growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Developer with a focus on Affiliate Marketing

to join our growing team in the cryptocurrency space. This role requires a deep understanding of crypto trends, affiliate ecosystems, and strategic partnership development. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for expanding our affiliate network, nurturing key relationships, and driving scalable acquisition through performance-based partnerships.

Responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates and strategic partners within the crypto and blockchain space. Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing their performance to meet business goals. Negotiate partnership deals, commission structures, and campaign terms. Monitor affiliate campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide detailed reporting and analysis. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment and successful affiliate campaigns. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our reach.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in business development or affiliate marketing, ideally in the crypto industry. A strong network of affiliates, influencers, and partners in the crypto ecosystem is a plus. Solid understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency products. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
