About Social Hub:

Social Hub is a fast-growing events company in the UAE, known for delivering impactful exhibitions, activations, and public campaigns. We're seeking a skilled Events Business Developer to strengthen our internal operations and help scale our delivery capabilities.

Role Overview:

This is not a client acquisition role. Instead, we are looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven professional who can optimize how we plan, manage, and execute events. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing internal processes, improving cross-functional coordination, and supporting the operational backbone of our event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Streamline internal workflows, team structures, and event execution processes Enhance coordination between departments to ensure timely project delivery Improve budgeting frameworks, pricing models, and proposal development Implement and optimize project management systems and tools Identify operational gaps and recommend practical, measurable improvements Partner with leadership to drive organizational growth and operational excellence

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE events industry Strong operational background in event production and internal coordination Proven experience in optimizing team efficiency and workflows Excellent communication and process improvement skills Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Valid UAE driver's license
