We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Centre Sales Executive to drive occupancy and revenue for our business centre in Business Bay. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, networking, and closing sales across office spaces, conference rooms, meeting rooms, flexi desks, and EJARI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Post and promote available business centre spaces on marketing and property listing websites.
Generate leads through online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, and networking activities.
Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their workspace requirements.
Conduct site visits and presentations for offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and flexi desks.
Convert leads into confirmed clients by closing sales and negotiating terms.
Generate referrals through existing clients, brokers, and professional networks.
Ensure maximum occupancy of private offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and flexi desks.
Coordinate and facilitate EJARI registrations and related documentation for clients.
Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and follow-up trackers.
Collaborate with operations and admin teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and occupancy targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in business centre sales, real estate sales, or serviced office sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Dubai business centres and EJARI processes is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals efficiently.
Comfortable with lead generation, cold calling, and client follow-ups.
