Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and approach potential B2B clients in retail, hospitality, corporate, and other high-demand sectors.
Actively pursue new partnerships and strategic sales opportunities.
Sales Execution & Negotiation:
Present and pitch products effectively to potential buyers.
Close high-volume deals and negotiate favorable terms.
Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Provide exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Market Intelligence & Feedback:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide insights to improve offerings and identify areas for growth.
Reporting:
Submit regular reports on sales performance, prospects, and client feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or distribution within the UAE.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized.
Existing B2B contacts in retail, hospitality, or corporate sectors is a plus.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
UAE driving license is a plus.
