We are launching a new jewellery brand specializing in exquisite lab grown diamond and gold jewellery collections, dedicated to delivering premium products and exceptional customer experiences. As we establish our presence, we are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help accelerate growth across strategy, marketing and operational fronts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand sales and market presence in the diamond and gold jewellery segment. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities and customer preferences. Plan, coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities--including both digital and offline channels. Oversee marketing?related operations: social media, content, events, partnerships, and brand visibility. Identify, engage and maintain relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors and strategic partners. Monitor business performance, prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to management. Discover new sales channels and revenue?generating opportunities aligned with our brand's objectives. Assume other relevant responsibilities tied to business development, marketing and operations as needed. We require female candidates as part of our commitment to diversity.

Qualifications & Skills:

In-depth knowledge of diamond specifications, precious metals, and related industry standards. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the lab-grown diamond and gold jewelry sector. Strong grasp of business strategy, market analysis, and marketing operations. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an added advantage..
