Requirements:
Experience: 7+ years in business development, B2B sales, or location expansion within the UAE. Preference for candidates with experience in real estate, education, HR services, or retail services sectors.
Track Record: Demonstrable success in identifying and closing new locations, negotiating lease agreements, and forming strategic corporate partnerships.
Network: Strong network among developers, corporate HR leaders, and real estate professionals in the UAE.
Skills:
Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to structure complex B2B offerings with clear value propositions.
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
Other Requirements: Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car for site visits and partner meetings.
