Business Analyst Way 4 Migration
Job Description
Conduct functional analysis, design and development of solutions in coordination with the Credit Cards Service/System Provider, based on business requirements
Act as a subject matter expert and interface between Business, Operations and IT teams for change requests (CRs) and enhancements
Coordinate issue re-creation in the test environment for analysis and escalate to the Credit Cards Service/System Provider
Work with business users for testing and sign-off on enhancements, CRs, and bug fixes
Strong knowledge of VisionPlus (V+) CMS module and the Way4 system
Hands-on experience in data migration from VisionPlus to Way4
