Responsibilities:
- In charge of preparing and analysis of commercial Lump Sum Turnkey bids for ISP.
- Drive the Commercial Strategy for Integrated Bids.
- Assemble Complex Commercial Models for LSTK tenders incorporating costs and risk of internal Product Lines and Third Parties.
- Present Commercial Models for LSTK bids to Top Management for review and approval prior to submission.
- Working with multiple internal stakeholders (business development, operations, project management) to come up with the winning price and strategy which would help Weatherford attain better profitability/increase market share.
- Analysis of multiple operational/financial scenarios on various bids and financials with the help of market intel to minimize risk.
- Ensure that Project Management best practices, tools and techniques are applied to every bid.
- Developed cost models unique to each ISP tender for all third party spend (accounts for 40%-50% of total cost) and managed the commercial and technical deliverables for submission.
- In charge of procuring all 3rd parties for ISP tenders, including vendor sourcing/screening, bidding, proposals evaluation, tender cost modelling and technical deliverables consolidation. Major 3rd party categories covered: drilling/workover land rigs, OCTG, well control equipment, well services not provided by Weatherford, drill bits, civil work, life support services, camp, security, logistics, HSE and all other services/products required on such project.
- Review client contract during tender phase, ensure project T&Cs are cascaded to the chain of subcontractors at the tender stage and gaps included into the project cost/risk matrix.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years related experience - Must have Engineering Degree. (Not used for Mfg, Supply Chain or R&D).
