AG Resource is urgently looking for Business Analyst (CRM Department) for our reputable Client. : ***Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Build and evaluate business processes.
Carry out an Analysis of present processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes.
Identify and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs.
Develop and Document all the business requirements (BRDs) and help IT with the understanding of requirements and their implementation.
Develop process flows.
Liaise with teams to understand the process.
Collect information and evaluate them in alignment with project goals.
Create process plans that contain project goals, milestones, and resources.
Provide detailed reports indicating system necessities.
Conduct UATs for new technology implementations.

Education and Requirement:

Bachelors in engineering, or MBA
Business Analyst with 4-5 years. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred.
