Description

We are looking for a CRM Business Analyst for Abu Dhabi. Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience. This is an onsite position that requires immediate joining. Hence candidates already available in the UAE and can join immediately will be preferred. Responsibilities:

• Elicit requirements through various methods of engagement that include but not limited to; process analysis, data analysis, workshops with business stakeholders and user interviews.
• Analyze and specify requirements that comply with the best industry standards.
• Document requirements specifications clearly and with sufficient level of detail to enable effective sprint planning.
• Review Solution Design and Test Cases for conformance with business requirements and expected behavior.
• Adopt to all of client's requirements tooling which are predominantly:

- Jira and Confluence: Primary requirements backlog and requirements tracking mechanism.
- MS Office: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint etc. Skills and Competencies:

• Effective communication and collaboration across business units to co-develop and drive Digital Products roadmaps and features
• Collaborate with Product Owners, services partners and customers to deliver product capabilities.
• Works with cross-functional teams and various internal and external stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, IT delivery and customer experience.
• Support the Product Owner in data driven prioritization with the sole objective of maximizing value
• Possess a strong understanding of Agile delivery and working understanding of applying these principles in an 'evolving to agile' environment
• Define product requirements through creation of Epics, User Stories, and respective Acceptance Criteria
• Participate in product functional design process based on an analysis of users and technologies
• Support the creating of go-to-market plan, working to ensure that digital product delivery, marketing, and sales to ensure success
