Business Analysis & Modelling Manager Grade: 11 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia JOB PURPOSE BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons. An exciting opportunity exists to join the BAE Systems majority owned Joint Venture company 'Saudi Maintenance and Supply Chain Company' (SMSCMC) as Business Analysis & Modelling Manager.

The O&AT Business Analysis & Modelling Manager is responsible for the implementation of business analysis and modelling capability within the O&AT organisation. The individual is responsible for providing recommendations/scenario planning outputs into the business that secures and improves our operational and economic performance across our contracted services. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Business financial performance capture and reporting Reporting and analysis of Estimate At Completion, Estimate To Completion and net present value across the contract budgets into the Control Account Management process Performance reporting Design and implement reporting and analysis processes against contractual Key Performance Indicators and operational key value drivers Service through life cost and performance modelling Analyse the cost and performance drivers, options and anticipated total cost of delivery of the contracted service Contract change modelling Use base lined models to evaluate the impact of proposed contract changes/amendments in terms of cost and performance Economic model creation and management Specify, develop, test and manage economic models Key Performance Indicators analysis Identify and link key operational performance indicators to value drivers and to contracted KPIs linked to penalties/retentions Create and use models to represent the predicted operation of the service, enabling predicted performance to be determined and trade off analysis to be undertaken for different options Solution optimisation

Model and analysis techniques to optimise the solution, whether that be for any combination of availability, performance, cost or value RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION Strong quantitative, analytical skills/experience. Experienced in Sales & Ops planning or equivalent business process. Experienced in business and solution scenario modelling. Experience within supply chain modelling and analysis. Extensive knowledge of designing and implementing business economic and performance models. Minimum of HND or equivalent in STEM subject.
