Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance operations and team performance
Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability on site
Prepare and review estimates and quotations
Maintain quality and safety standards during all maintenance activities
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
Preferred Candidate:
A proactive and organized individual with hands-on experience in maintenance work, strong leadership skills, and good market knowledge.
