Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily building maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general civil works. Manage a team of technicians and assign work orders, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards. Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and enhance efficiency. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Liaise with clients to address maintenance requests, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with external contractors/vendors for specialized services. Monitor inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts, ensuring availability for scheduled works. Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and assist in preparing cost estimates for repair/maintenance jobs. Support management in identifying opportunities for service improvement and upselling maintenance contracts.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

5 years of proven experience

in building/facility maintenance supervision (UAE experience preferred). Strong technical knowledge in

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing)

systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus). Proficient in preparing maintenance reports and using MS Office or maintenance software. Must hold a

valid UAE Driving License
