Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repairs of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting). Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Execute preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities. Ensure all work complies with safety and company standards. Respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. Maintain logs of completed work and used materials. Assist in installing, repairing, and servicing fixtures and building components. Report major repairs or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Requirements:

2-3 years technician experience (preferred) Familiar with building maintenance and safety procedures Strong problem-solving skills Immediate joiners preferred (Freshers are welcome to apply)
