Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is hiring a Broker Operations Officer to manage broker invoice processing, reconciliations, evaluations, and reporting. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in handling broker-related financial operations, while also providing governance support and operational reporting to management.

What You'll Do

  • Reconcile broker invoices, loan documents, and deferral closures ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Liaise with brokers to resolve invoice-related queries and follow up on pending items
  • Process invoices and evaluations end-to-end while maintaining detailed records
  • Manage daily reconciliation of broker leads and update status for all cases
  • Maintain and circulate evaluation trackers and update master sheet trackers regularly
  • Prepare payment control sheets in line with GIA requirements and governance needs
  • Support the department in RCSA, BIA, BCP, and KRI documentation and compliance requirements
  • Generate pipeline reports and team achievement summaries for management
  • Assist new staff members with onboarding, training, and operational support requests
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related discipline
  • 1-2 years of relevant banking experience, with prior exposure to broker operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with brokers and internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage trackers and reporting tools
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and compliance
