Manage the breakfast station, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Assist in menu development by introducing creative and seasonal breakfast specials.
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize food wastage.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain kitchen efficiency.
Adapt to special dietary requirements and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
Work closely with the bakery and coffee team to create a cohesive breakfast experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Breakfast Chef
in a bakery, cafe, or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques, plating, and modern cafe trends.
Understanding of food hygiene, safety regulations, and allergen awareness.
Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred.
