Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads using traditional and modern techniques
Follow recipes accurately and make adjustments as needed
Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, and baking times
Operate ovens and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Bread Maker or Baker preferred
Knowledge of bread-making techniques and ingredients
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail and time management
Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, standing environment
