We are seeking a skilled Bread Maker with at least 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, specializing in Iranian bread and kebabs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing traditional Iranian breads, and be familiar with kebab-making techniques. Attention to detail and maintaining high-quality standards are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
:
Prepare and bake traditional Iranian breads
Prepare and grill a variety of Iranian kebabs according to traditional methods
Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure freshness and quality of all items used
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff and ensure timely preparation of orders
Innovate and suggest improvements for bread and kebab recipes to enhance the menu
Follow portion control guidelines and maintain food waste management practices
Requirements
:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a bread maker in a restaurant setting, with expertise in Iranian breads and kebabs
Strong knowledge of Iranian cuisine and traditional bread-making techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Team player with good communication skills
