and other traditional bakery products.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, shape, and bake Samoon bread.
Ensure consistency in size, taste, and quality.
Monitor ovens and adjust baking as required.
Keep workstation clean and organized.
Requirements:
Proven experience in making Samoon bread or traditional bakery items.
Good knowledge of bakery tools and ovens.
Team player with attention to detail.
