Our client a a well knows trading company in Dubai that deals with Personal Care & Hygiene Products. They are looking for a seasoned Brand Development / Marketing Operations specialist. You would contribute to the Brand Development, Brand Awareness, Marketing operations, Budgeting, Sales Forecasting and plans along with retail Go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities: Responsible for marketing budget allocation and spend Defining and implementing marketing activities that support our brands. Responsible for branding activities (BTL), end user communication, product portfolio, pricing, and ultimately profitability. Responsible for new product selection, launch activation, listing, distribution strategies, effective and timely go to market launch planning. Conveys market research and end user surveys to define adequate activities and introduce new products Perform regular monthly and quarterly business analysis, results achieved by respective brands or product categories & reporting to both represented agencies and Senior management. Collaborates with agencies and sales team to build sales promotions, product communication and commercial strategies to address opportunities and shortcomings. Skills Required: University degree in Marketing /Business Administration/ Economics or comparable-Masters and or any other further qualifications in Brand Management/ Trade Marketing is a plus. 5-15 years relevant experience managing consumer products Former Experience with Retail / FMCG Distribution Companies in the UAE/GCC is required Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools and techniques is needed Knowledge of category management and assortment Knowledge of the UAE Retail Market is an advantage Competent with Microsoft office - Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills
