Our company is looking for a sales & marketing manager who will be in charge of supervising and directing our sales team. The sales and marketing manager\'s responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. The sales and marketing manager represents the company\'s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. To be a successful sales and marketing manager, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing. Responsibilities
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Promoting the company\'s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company\'s marketing goals.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
Setting sales quotas and goals
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Defining and executing territory sales plans
Making sales on the phone and face to face
Following up clients by all platforms we use
Being responsible for all real estate sales operations
Reporting sales activities periodically,
Requirements and skills
Female Candidate (Preferred)
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related field.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Ability to lead a sales team.
Multiple languages is a bonus
Must have a driving license and a car
Must have a bachelors degree
Experienced of minimum 3 years
Adaptable

Great aT closing the deal
Good sets of network
Well versed in UAE market most especially Dubai market
Have sales management experience in real state and hospitality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
