Job Description



Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish guidelines for maximizing profits by product category and analyze profit margins.
  • Develop a global commercial strategy for short, medium, and long-term goals.
  • Design store layouts for all product categories according to brand standards.
  • Ensure operational standards are met in visual merchandising, stock availability, customer service, and security while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Train and develop team members to achieve business plans and sales targets.
  • Develop the brand operations strategy.
  • Manage budgets and operational costs for all stores.
  • Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory and protect profits.
  • Find cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency in retail operations.
  • Work with HR to monitor manpower costs and maximize productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate from a college or university.
  • Experience: Preference given to candidates with retail fashion experience; however, a genuine passion for fashion is essential.
  • Skills: Proficiency in strategic planning, analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Excellent communication, confident decision-making, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Stay current with trends and brands, possess a strong sales orientation, and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
