Job Description

A Brand Manager is required for gifting company based in Dubai ,UAE which provides flowers, cakes, plants and other gift items to customers and delivers across 450+ cities & towns across India and 120+ countries worldwide, mainly through ecommerce platform and through their conventical store as well.

  • You will have to manage advertisement agencies based in UAE.
  • You will have manage the social media and conventional media in UAE to promote the brand of Company.
  • You will have to manage accounts /clients based on the marketing budget allocated by the company.
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • You will have to manage advertisement agencies based in UAE.

  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission to advertisement agencies.
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action" .
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
  • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities,
  • Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions .
  • Devise innovative growth strategies.
  • Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Proven working experience in brand management, brand marketing preferably from advertisement agencies in UAE.
  • Proven working experience in brand management of ecommerce platform, brand marketing preferably from ecommerce background in UAE.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and should be able to execute the same .
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Outstanding communication skills and of creative mindset.
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience social ,digital and social media preferably in UAE.
