Administration Monitor the shared folder and ensure up-to-date organization. Prepare reports and presentations as requested by the Brand Manager. Coordinate brand activities and travel schedules in line with the Office Manager. Handle correspondence, incoming/outgoing mail, and file maintenance. Arrange courier collections/deliveries for the brand team. Log field visits by date and by store. Purchase Order Management, Schedule and document Sales/Marketing meetings, ensuring follow-ups are tracked. Assist with administrative tasks such as travel bookings, meeting coordination, and conference arrangements. Coordinate retailer appointments and visits, ensuring a polished and professional representation of the brand. Support event and meeting setups and assist in brand newsletters and communications. Perform ad hoc duties in line with business needs and corporate strategy. Bachelors degree preferred Minimum 2?3 years experience Light amount of physical work required during production days Very organized, with great time management skills
